Who we are

We are residents and business owners from across Perth and Kinross who believe the proposed visitor levy would do more harm than good to the towns and villages that depend on visitors.

We support investment in our communities. We don’t think a tax that the council’s own report says will shrink the local economy is the way to pay for it.

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with Perth and Kinross Council or any political party.

This site does not ask for, collect or store your personal details. There are no forms, no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies.

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors; it records anonymised, aggregated information such as which pages are viewed, the referring site and the type of device.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard technical information (such as IP addresses) in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Links and sharing. Share buttons are ordinary links. Nothing is sent to Facebook, WhatsApp or X unless you click one, at which point that service’s own privacy policy applies.

Email. If you email us, we use your message only to reply, do not share it with anyone, and delete it when the campaign ends. You can ask us to delete it sooner, or to see what we hold, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

If we add a mailing list in future, it will use explicit, unticked opt-in consent, and this notice will be updated before it goes live.
